Who we are

Renovanty is a trade name of COLTEAM LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms and other spaces in Central Florida. You can reach us at +1 321 315 3042 or [EMAIL].

What you give us

We only have the information you type into one of our two forms. Depending on which one you use, that is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your ZIP code
• Which spaces you want to remodel, your budget range and when you want to start
• Anything you write in the notes field
• The day you pick, if you use the scheduling form
• Whether you checked the consent box, and the language you were browsing in

What we collect automatically

Almost nothing. We do not create an account for you, we do not take payments, and there is nowhere to upload files.

When you submit a form, our server reads your IP address to stop the same address from flooding us with submissions — a maximum of eight per minute. That address is held in the server's memory for up to sixty seconds and is then gone. It is never written to a database, never stored in a file and never sent to anyone else.

How we use it

To call, text or email you about the project you described, to prepare your estimate, and to arrange the visit. That is all.

We do not use your information to advertise to you on other websites, and we do not build a profile of you.

Phone calls and text messages

The consent box on our form is what allows us to contact you about your request. Checking it means you agree to hear from us by phone, text message or email about the project you submitted.

When your request arrives, an automated alert goes to our own team so someone can follow up. Any text message you receive from us is sent by a person on our team about your request — we do not run automated marketing campaigns.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by telling us on a call, or by writing to us. See our SMS Terms for the details.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to receive and handle your request. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel — hosts the website and delivers the pages you are reading
• n8n — our own automation server, which receives your request and passes it along
• Google Sheets — where your request is recorded so our team can work through it
• Twilio — sends the text message alerting our team that you wrote in
• Resend — sends you the confirmation email
• Telegram — notifies our team internally

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

We do not share mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking: none

This website sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tag and no session tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are until you choose to write to us.

This is enforced in the site's own security policy, which blocks scripts from any outside source.

How long we keep it

If you ask for an estimate and we never end up working together, we keep your request for three years, in case you come back to us.

If we do work together, we keep the project records for seven years, which is the period our accountants and insurers require.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Your choices

Write to us and you can ask us to do any of the following. We will respond within thirty days.

• Send you a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you, by any or all channels

How we protect it

The site is served only over an encrypted connection, and browsers are instructed to refuse an unencrypted one. Submissions are authenticated with a shared secret so that only our own form can send us a request.

The website itself has no database. Your information passes through it and lands in the systems listed above, which reduces what an attacker could reach.

Children

Our services are meant for homeowners. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has written to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the revision date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
